We are excited to announce the opening of our new suite! As a part of our response to the Coronavirus, we recognized the need to practice social distancing and as an office, wanted to do all that we can to keep our patients safe. Fortunately, we, were able to expand our footprint, which has allowed the office to create individualized treatment rooms for the delivery of care to our patients. Children will be seen in a single operatory in our new space. We will be able to accommodate families with more than 1 child in a larger operatory as well. As always, we strive to meet the needs of our families and are dedicated to providing the same excellent care we are known for in the safest manner.
Each new operatory will be equipped with a Surgically Clean Air unit. These units use a multi-step process to clean and purify the air multiple times per hour, ensuring that dust, pollen, mold, allergens, viruses and bio-aerosols are removed from the air we breathe. In addition, we are also using ADS extraoral suctioning devices to reduce any exposure to aerosols. Our goal is to provide care using state of the art equipment to ensure your safety. We welcome you to come and see all our exciting changes!
Dr. Lisa Campanella designed and opened her pediatric dental practice in 2005 to provide a warm, inviting atmosphere with a staff of caring, friendly professionals trained specifically to treat children. Supported by this exceptional team, “Dr. Lisa” has created a place where young patients and their parents enjoy coming, and where the staff enjoys working. Doctors and staff alike feel lucky to work here each day; you’ll find them smiling and laughing with their patients as they provide the best in dental care. And by offering orthodontic services, we can do even more to create a “dental home” for our young patients and provide the highest standard of orthodontic services for our young patients and for adults, too.
Our team put together a video with a very helpful patient to show you and your child what tools they'll see at their first restorative visit! Everything is introduced slowly and cheerfully with positive, kid-friendly language. This is called the tell-show-do method, and our staff is specially trained in using the tell-show-do method to help kids feel at ease during their appointments. You can use this video to give your child some information about what they can expect when they come in for a sugar bug visit with us!
